TUXEDO MEASUREMENT DETAILS
If you live out of town you may complete this form to document your measurements. It is very important that you utilize a professional tailor or formalwear specialist to be measured. Most tuxedo businesses will not be responsible for measurements that are miscalculated. At least four to six weeks before the event, this form should be faxed or mailed to the tuxedo retailer of the groom’s choice. This timeline should allow appropriate notice to have your formalwear ready for you as needed. Following up with the tuxedo location is a must. Make sure they did receive your fax and ask if there is anything else they might need from you, i.e., payment information or additional measurements, in order to complete your request.
